You could be getting a knock on the door from someone representing University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.
The foundation is launching a door-to-door campaign encouraging members to become regular monthly donors to Kingston Health Sciences Centre and Providence Care.

In a news release, the foundation says monthly donations play a vital role in funding life-saving equipment, innovative research, and advanced training for caregivers.
They say these contributions ensure the best health care is available, close to home, for everyone in our region.
The foundation says all canvassers are professionally-trained and will carry identification badges with them.
