A Toronto man has been charged with impaired driving following a two-vehicle collision in Loyalist Township, Lennox and Addington County OPP say.
Police were called shortly after 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, to Bath Road near County Road 4 after reports of a possible impaired driver. Officers attended the scene and arrested one driver following an investigation. The driver was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The accused, 29-year-old Kendal Atkin, faces a charge of operation while impaired by drugs. Atkin was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Greater Napanee on January 13, 2026.
Police say Atkin’s driver’s license has been suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for seven days.
