A 27-year-old from Quebec is facing charges.
Three people were taken to hospital with minor injuries after a three-vehicle collision on Highway 401 in Kingston Wednesday evening.
Frontenac OPP say the crash happened in the westbound lanes east of Sydenham Road just after 5:30 p.m. on October 29. Frontenac Paramedics and the Kingston Fire Department also responded to the scene.
While the highway remained open, temporary lane closures were in place for a short time during the response.
All injuries were described as minor, but the collision caused delays for westbound traffic as emergency crews cleared the roadway.
