ALCDSB is recognizing accomplishments during Catholic Education Week.
The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSB) is honouring students, staff, and community members during Catholic Education Week.
Several individuals have been recognized for their outstanding contributions to Catholic education across the region.
Jessica Couture received the Adult Volunteer Award for her work at St. Mary and St. Paul Catholic Schools in Trenton.
Jamie Gaudet, a teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes in Kingston, was named Teacher of the Year.
Other honourees include Sandra Fragoso, Brandy Young, and Kirk Warren for their various contributions in Kingston-area schools.
Student Volunteer Awards went to Jack Burroughs from Our Lady of Mercy in Bancroft and Ozgur Mehmetzeki Celebi from Regiopolis-Notre Dame in Kingston.
Award recipients will be celebrated at a luncheon later this week.
