Investigators say several thousand dollars in jewelry was stolen from homes between June 20 and 23.
Kingston Police are investigating a series of break and enters near the city's waterfront.
Investigators say the break-ins occurred at several homes in the area of Gore St. and Ontario St. between June 20 and 23.
They say several thousand dollars worth of jewelry was stolen.
Investigators are hoping to identify a man who they say is connected to the thefts.
He is described as white, 35-50 years old, approximately 6-feet tall, 200-225 lbs., with short white hair and a white scruffy beard.
He was seen wearing black pants, a grey t-shirt with a white sleeveless hoodie overtop, a white baseball cap and blue running shoes.
