For the 10th straight year, the crew from Elite Window Cleaning dressed up to clean the windows of KGH's pediatric ward.
A number of superheroes came armed with squeegees and buckets to bring a smile to children at Kingston General Hospital.
Window washers from Elite Window Cleaning donned superhero costumes on Friday and climbed down the building where the pediatric ward is located.
Owner Chris Stoness explains how it all got started.
Some of the costumes worn for this special day include: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Spiderman, and Iron Man.
Stoness says he and his crew try to keep up with the latest in superhero fashion.
This is a partnership between Elite and Kingston Health Sciences Centre that has been going on since 2015.
Friday marked the 10th anniversary of this initiative.
Stoness says this was one way to help brighten a child's day.
