The cyclists were on their way to Ottawa for the memorial service for fallen police officers.
Members of Kingston Police Service joined other police organizations in the annual Canadian Police Memorial Ride to Remember.
The ride began in Ottawa and made its way through Kingston around noon Friday.
We spoke with runners about what inspired them to take part.

Residents and visitors lined the street to cheer on the riders, who were on their way to Parliament Hill for the Memorial Service for fallen police officers.
The Government of Canada officially proclaimed the last Sunday in September as Police and Peace Officers' National Memorial Day.
