A business kiosk at Cataraqui Centre was broken into on Feb 24.
Kingston Police Service are looking to identify a man they say is a person of interest in a theft investigation.
Someone went inside Cataraqui Centre on Feb 24 and stole something from a business kiosk.
Investigators are looking for an adult male with dark facial hair. He was wearing a black toque, black jacket, blue jeans and white shoes at the time of the theft.
