Investigators did not say whether the person of interest is connected to other fires that occurred in the area.
Kingston Police are looking for a man who they say is a person of interest in connection to an investigation into multiple fires in Belle Park.
Investigators say someone was seen in the area setting the fires on Monday between 5 pm and 7 pm.
They want to speak to the man who is described as between the ages of 25 and 35, 5’10", 185 pounds with short red hair and a scruffy red beard.
He was seen wearing all black clothing with a black ball cap, a pair of rose gold earmuff style headphones around his neck, large circular silver glasses and was seen drinking a can of Twisted Tea.
Investigators did not say whether the person of interest is connected to other fires that occurred in the area.
Kingston Fire and Rescue crews were called to a pair of fires last week where structures were found set ablaze.
Some of the structures contained combustable material, one had a propane tank that exploded.
There were no reports of injuries but fire officials did issue immediate threat to life notices.
