The fire occurred Tuesday night inside the stairwell of Leroy Grant Dr complex.

Officers were called to an apartment complex on Leroy Grant Dr Tuesday night around 9:05.
Investigators say the fire was intentionally set in the stairwell of the building around 8:30 that evening.
Video surveillance captured the suspect who is described as 30 to 40 years of age with short dark hair and a dark mustache.
They say the suspect was wearing a black jacket, a blue Toronto Blue Jays sweater, black cargo style pants, black fingerless gloves and black winter boots with either a red or orange tread.
