RMC went up 3-0 in annual hockey scholarship game, ended up beating Queen's 4-3.
It was a mighty comeback but the RMC Paladins held on to beat the Queen's Gaels in the 20th annual Lou Jeffries Memorial Scholarship game in Gananoque this past Saturday.
Queen's put up three goals in the second period to tie the game at three. However the Paladins responded with the go ahead goal to seal the deal with a 4-3 win.
Thomas Sirman was the recipient of the Lou Jeffries Memorial Scholarship, which will go towards tuition at Queen's.
The event has been held in honour of the Late Lou Jeffries, who passed away in 2006 and helped shape the game for the Town of Gananoque.
