A 22-year-old Ottawa woman faces a number of charges.
An Ottawa woman is facing impaired driving charges after a vehicle was spotted driving erratically on the 401 through Kingston.
Lennox and Addington OPP were informed by a motorist Monday night about a possible impaired driver in the westbound lanes.
Officers were able to locate the vehicle and made a traffic stop in Tyendinaga Township around 11 pm.
Investigators determined that the driver was impaired by drugs. They also found an open container of cannabis and an illegal driver's licence.
The 22-year-old will be in a Napanee court on Dec. 16. In the meantime, her driver's licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
