A Greater Napanee resident has been charged following a drug seizure.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) launched an investigation into local drug trafficking this fall.
On Thursday, December 18, 2025, officers, with help from the Lennox and Addington County OPP, executed a search warrant on John Street.
Police seized nearly four grams of suspected methamphetamine, along with items commonly associated with drug trafficking.
A 37-year-old woman has been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Court in Napanee on January 27, 2026.
