An Amherstview man is facing a number of charges.
OPP nabbed an alleged impaired driver after reportedly fleeing from police in Kingston.
Members of Kingston Police observed a man operating a vehicle in a dangerous manner early Sunday morning around 1 am.
Investigators say the vehicle sped off as officers were trying to make a traffic stop.
Information on the vehicle and driver were then relayed to Lennox and Addington OPP. Officers later located the vehicle at a residence in Loyalist Township and made an arrest.
An 18-year-old man from Amherstview is facing a number of charges, and had his license suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded. He was released with a court appearance in Napanee on Jan 20.
