People can vote for their favourite vet online until June 12.
The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society is encouraging pet owners to show appreciation for their veterinary teams through its annual Veterinary Appreciation Contest.
Presented by Ceva Animal Health, the contest runs from June 1 to June 12 and allows people across Ontario to vote daily for their favourite veterinary clinic at vetappreciation.ca.
The initiative recognizes the important role veterinarians and clinic staff play in keeping pets healthy and supporting the families who care for them.
The clinic receiving the most votes will be awarded a commemorative plaque and a complimentary lunch for staff.
The Ontario SPCA says veterinary professionals make a difference every day through their compassion, expertise and dedication to animal care. Organizers hope pet owners will take the opportunity to thank the clinics that have cared for their beloved companions.
