That is followed by an employee survey measuring satisfaction with key safety practices.
An overall employee satisfaction rating of 80 per cent or higher is needed to qualify for the prestigious 5-Star Safety Culture Award.
That recognizes companies that embed health and safety into every level of their operations, from leadership to front-line staff.
