70-year-old Franco was last seen Wednesday in the Lyons-Elliot area.
Be on the lookout for a missing Kingston man.
Franco, 70, was last seen in the Elliot St and Lyons St area Wednesday around 1 pm. He was last wearing dark jeans, a dark jacket, tan shoes and a dark backpack.
He is described as white, six-feet tall, 175 pounds with long grey hair and a grey beard.
Investigators say Franco is known to frequent bus stops.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 ext. 0.
