39-year-old Matthew was last seen January 28th in the 100-200 block of Ontario St.

Original story: Kingston Police are looking for a missing man.
39-year-old Matthew was reported missing on Monday. He was last seen in the 100-200 block of Ontario St last Wednesday.
Matthew is described as Caucasian, six-feet tall, around 180 pounds with a full beard and glasses.
He was last seen wearing a black winter jacket, jeans and shoes.
Investigators say Matthew is an avid reader and may frequent branches of the local library specifically the Central Branch as well as the temporary branch located within the Cataraqui Centre.
