CFIB continuing to support local small businesses
Michelle Auger with the Canadian Federation of Independent Businesses says they're working hard to support small businesses in our community and abroad.
But it can be hard to keep up.
The Senior Policy Analyst says even though the tariff situation is fluid and does seem to change by the hour at times, they're feeling the effects.
Auger has spoken with many business owners who feel like their heads are spinning.
One thing she says we can do as consumers is to shop local, and be mindful that they may have no other choice but to carry American products. Some stock had been ordered well before the trade war began.
