Residents can choose from 23 nominees for the Livable City Design Awards People’s Choice Award.
Kingston residents have until Oct. 23 to vote for their favourite project in the city’s Livable City Design Awards: People’s Choice Award.
The award recognizes a project that demonstrates excellence in urban design and architecture while contributing to Kingston’s image and livability.
Residents can visit the Livable City Design Awards page on Get Involved Kingston to review the 23 nominees and cast their vote.
Sukriti Agarwal, the City of Kingston’s manager of policy planning, says the city is encouraging residents to take part and recognize projects that help create great places.
She says the awards highlight the work of people involved in creating thoughtful, community-focused designs that enhance public life and contribute to a more vibrant Kingston.
The People’s Choice Award will be presented at a ceremony later this fall, alongside an Award of Excellence and an Award of Merit. Details about the ceremony will be announced at a later date.
