Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 66-year-old Daniel Richards, who was last seen on March 10.
Richards was spotted near Division Street and Elliott Avenue on March 8 and later at the 1201 Division Street shopping complex. Police believe he is still in the Kingston area.
Richards is described as 5’9”, 160 pounds, with short, straight dark brown hair and a medium build.
