Charles was last seen in the Victoria St.-Concession St. area last Thursday.
The Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 34-year-old man named Charles.
Police say Charles was last seen on April 23, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m. in the area of Concession Street and Victoria Street in Kingston.
He is described as 6’2” tall, weighing 142 pounds, with short black hair. Police add that he may have bandages on both feet and could be walking with a limp.
Investigators are encouraging anyone who may have seen Charles or has information about his whereabouts to contact Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 and reference incident number 26-14099. Tips can also be provided anonymously through the same number.
Police say all information, no matter how small, could assist in the ongoing search efforts.
