Investigators say the incident occurred inside the men's restroom at King's Crossing Outlets on May 29.
Kingston Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man in an investigation.
A man was reportedly seen exposing himself while inside the men's restroom at the King’s Crossing Outlets on Dalton Avenue back on May 29.
Investigators say the man performed a lewd act in front of patrons. They say he was later confronted before fleeing on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male, 50-60 years old, wearing a blue shirt, grey pants, glasses, blue Sketchers running shoes, and a plaid Under Armour baseball hat. The suspect has some grey hair but is believed to be balding.
