Have you seen Andrew?
Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 24-year-old man named Andrew.
Andrew was last seen on Thursday, August 14, 2025, around 7 p.m. in the Watts Crescent area. Police say he is described as 5’0” tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with short, wavy, light bright hair and hazel eyes.
At the time he went missing, Andrew was wearing a black “busy” T-shirt with white text reading “Captain of the Seas,” along with black or grey shorts, black running shoes, and a blue New York Yankees baseball cap.
Police are urging anyone with information on Andrew’s location to call Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 ext. 0.
Anonymous tips can also be shared by calling the same number and asking to remain anonymous.
Authorities say every lead is important in the effort to locate Andrew and bring him home safely.
