Kingston Frontenacs 2026-2027 OHL schedule is out

Schedule includes a pair of games against Blainville-Boisbriand of the QMJHL and a game against the Steelheads in Cornwall.

The Kingston Frontenacs officially released their 2026-2027 Ontario Hockey League regular season schedule.

They open the season Thurs Sept 17 in Peterborough against the Petes. The first game at Slush Puppie Place is Sun Sept 20 against the Ottawa 67's.

There are a number of key dates to keep in mind.

First overall pick Kane Cloutier and the Oshawa Generals will be in town to take on the Frontenacs on Fri Oct. 16 in the first of eight head-to-head meetings. Colin Kennedy, the second pick in the draft, and the Erie Otters visit the Limestone City on Sun Oct 4.

The defending OHL and Memorial Cup champions, the Kitchener Rangers, are in Kingston on Fri Feb 12. Next year's Memorial Cup tournament hosts, the Guelph Storm, are in town on Fri Feb 26.

The Eastern Conference champion Barrie Colts arrive on Sun Dec 6.

The Frontenacs have a pair of School Day games against the 67's. One goes in Ottawa on Wed Nov 4 and the other in Kingston on Wed Nov 18, both games will start at 10:30 am.

The Frontenacs will also be playing a pair of games against the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada of the Quebec Maritime Junior Hockey League. The first game is Sun Nov 22 at Slush Puppie Place, the second one goes Sun Jan 17 in Boisbriand, Quebec.

And the Frontenacs will be part of the Seaway Shootout series taking place in Cornwall. They will face the Brampton Steelheads on Sat Oct 17.
