An Inverary man is celebrating a major lottery win after saying “yes” to Encore.
Andy Singh matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order in the April 8, 2025, Lotto Max draw to win $100,000.
Singh, 49, has played OLG lottery games for 25 years, using Quick Pick and always adding Encore. He bought his winning ticket at Nations Finest Convenience/Esso in Shannonville while pumping gas.
About a month later, Singh scanned a pile of tickets and was shocked to see $100,000 appear on the screen. The cashier confirmed the win.
When he got home, Singh placed the ticket on the kitchen island. His wife moved it while cleaning, not knowing what it was. When he showed her the prize slip, she was stunned and thrilled.
Singh plans to pay off bills, invest, go on vacation, and buy his wife a special gift.
