James Gillingham and Gaels are facing the Lancers for the first time since last year's semi-final game.
An explosive quarterback and a strong defensive line is what the Queen's Gaels football team will be seeing as they look to remain unbeaten this Thanksgiving weekend.
Coming off a big win over the Western Mustangs last Saturday, the Gaels take their 5 and 0 record into their upcoming home game against the Windsor Lancers (4-2) this Saturday.
It is the first meeting between the two teams since last year's semi-final game where the Gaels came out on top in Windsor to advance and eventually win the Yates Cup championship game over Laurier a week later.
Head coach Steve Snyder says the Lancers have several ways to attack that makes them difficult to prepare for.
One of the players they will face on the Lancers side is quarterback Kareame Cotton who is coming off 428 yards passing, 92 yards rushing, threw five touchdown passes and ran in for one in a lopsided 51-2 win over York.
Linebacker James Gillingham says Cotton will be one guy that they will try to contain.
The two teams went head-to-head in the regular season last year with the Lancers winning by a field goal in the Gaels' Homecoming game.
Running back Isaiah Adams says they will be using every trick in the book in this game.
Game time at Richardson Stadium is at 3 pm.
