Frontenacs goaltender named to OHL Second All-Rookie Team

Gavin Betts was the only player from Kingston named to either All-Star or All-Rookie teams this past season.

The Ontario Hockey League announced their All-Star and All-Rookie teams for the 2025-2026 season.

Goaltender Gavin Betts of the Kingston Frontenacs was named to the second All-Rookie Team.

The 18-year-old appeared in 43 games last season with a record of 21-18-1-1, a 2.81 goals against average, and one shutout.

Betts was the only member of the Frontenacs that was named on any of the teams.

The Memorial Cup Champions the Kitchener Rangers had five players represented on the All-Star and/or All-Rookie teams, the Brantford Bulldogs and Barrie Colts each had five as well.
