The 17-year-old netminder played three games last week posting a 2-1 record with a 2.01 goals-against average, and a .941 save percentage.
It is the second time this season that Betts was named goaltender of the week.
He has posted a 16-15-1-1 record with a 2.99 goals-against average and a .909 save percentage in 35 games this season.
The Frontenacs are in the middle of a 4-game road trip. They play the Battallion in North Bay on Thursday.
