A 75-year-old succumbed to injuries in hospital, police don't expect to lay any charges.
A Kingston resident has died after a collision between a bicycle and vehicle.
The collision happened Friday night around 6 pm on Princess St between Drayton Ave and Macdonnell St.
Kingston Police say the cyclist was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The deceased was identified as a 75-year-old.
Investigators say they don't anticipate to lay any charges.
Princess St was closed for several hours as police investigated the collision. It was reopened the following morning.
