Head and Neck Cancer Awareness Month is recognized in April and recent studies have show that there is a lack of awareness of HPV among men.
We recently spoke with Dr. Christine Palmay who gave us the details about HPV.
Palmay says along with vaccinations and regular screening can help keep HPV related cancers from happening.
Palmay says there is plenty of information out there on HPV to help better educate men and women in Canada.
She gave us some trusted place to get educated.
Palmay added that everyone is at risk and that every Canadian, male or female should get educated and learn more about vaccines.
