Distribution details will be announced soon
Kingston residents will soon be waving the red and white thanks to a new City program.
Last week we told you Kingston City Council approved a motion to provide free Canadian flags to local households. The City plans to distribute around 300 flags at public facilities across Kingston.
The flags are expected to arrive later this month. City staff are now working on purchasing, distributing, and sharing the pickup details.
Each household can pick up one flag, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Residents are encouraged to check the City’s website, social media pages for updates.
Anyone with questions can contact the City by phone at 613-546-0000 or by email at ContactUs@cityofkingston.ca.
