The collision sent a vehicle over a rock cliff and rolled on to its roof.
An Amherstview resident is facing charges in connection to a multi-vehicle crash.
Emergency crews were called to an area on Bath Rd and Lower Drive around 9:30 am Saturday.
They arrived to find a vehicle on its roof. The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries and was the only individual that needed medical attention.
A section of Bath Rd was closed for several hours as Kingston Police investigated.
Investigators say the vehicle was seen driving at a high-rate of speed on Bath Rd when it struck a vehicle before going over a 20-foot rock cliff.
