Trustees with the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board have approved the board’s 2026-2027 budgets, including more than $221 million in operating expenditures.

The budgets were approved during the board’s June 16 meeting and include an operating revenue budget of $221,058,750, an operating expenditure budget of $221,146,897 and a capital budget of $38,301,533.

Board Chair Brian Evoy said the budget reflects the board’s commitment to supporting student achievement and well-being across its Catholic learning communities.

According to the board, the budget aligns with both its Strategic Plan and the Ontario Ministry of Education’s priorities for learning and student well-being.

Funding will support programs and services that have the greatest impact on classroom learning while helping students succeed both now and in the future as the board prepares for the upcoming school year.
