Kingston Police arrested a man Sunday morning after reports of someone entering residential backyards in a subdivision off Highway 15 in the city’s east end.

The suspect, a Toronto resident, is currently out on bail. During the investigation, police discovered he was breaching his bail conditions.
Charges have since been laid, though they are not related to break-and-enter or trespassing offences.
The man had a scheduled bail hearing Monday.
