An investigation by Frontenac OPP lead to an arrest, and a warrant is out for another suspect.
A significant amount of stolen property has been recovered following a search warrant execution in Arden earlier this month.
On April 10, 2026, the East Region Community Street Crime Unit, with assistance from the Ontario Provincial Police Frontenac Detachment, Emergency Response Team, and Canine Unit, executed a warrant at a residence in Arden.
Police say approximately $16,500 worth of stolen items were seized, including an enclosed utility trailer and various tools.
As a result of the investigation, a 34-year-old woman from Arden, has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession under $5,000, and failing to comply with a probation order.
She was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston on July 7, 2026.
A warrant has also been issued for a second individual in connection with the case.
