Around 300 cadets from across Canada got to meet with professionals in every industry including ones outside the military.
Naval cadets from across Canada were in Kingston to decide what career path to take.
HMCS Ontario Cadet Training Centre held their annual career fair on Monday at CFB Kingston.
Chief Training Officer Major Arleen Miller helped organize the career fair.
She says there are career options not only in the Canadian Armed Forces but also civilian areas such as policing, construction, and aviation.
One of the 300 cadets that attended the fair was Josephine Levassuer from Windsor.
She says the fair offered a wide range of paths.
In addition to information booths, there were also demonstrations offering the cadets a hands-on experience.
Miller says there was no shortage of interest from the cadets as to what they aspire to be.
Levasseur says there are couple of areas that she has an interest in.
Miller hopes the cadets are able to take the information being provided and see what opportunities are available to them.
