A bus company is planning to take residents of Seeley's Bay down to Kingston for grocery shopping.
Robert Hogan Bus Lines is organizing the trip for residents especially those who don't drive who need buy food.
Speaking with FLY FM's Reid and Ben, general manager Bobbi Jo Buchanan says they wanted to help after the temporary closure of Sweets Food Mart in April.
She says a bus will be available this Saturday leaving at 9 am.
Residents will be able to do their grocery shopping at Walmart that morning and the bus will take them back to Seeley's Bay around Noon.
Buchanan says the service will be operating every other Saturday by volunteers until the grocery store reopens.
There has been no word as to what caused the fire at Sweets Food Mart or when the store will reopen.
