Investigators are looking into a pair of incidents in the Russell-Patrick and Park-Palace areas.
Kingston Police say someone is driving around targetting bystanders with a weapon.
They received reports about a black vehicle, possibly a Ford, with four occupants inside around the Russell St and Patrick St, and Palace Rd and Park St areas on Tuesday.
Investigators say pedestrians were being struck by projectiles being fired from a long-gun style air rifle. Two people suffered injuries as a result.
They say anyone who sees the suspect vehicle to not approach it. In addition, anyone who sees any suspicious activity should contact 9-1-1 immediately.
