Cataraqui Conservation will be conducting tree removal operations at Lemoine Point Conservation Area from Monday, June 9th to Friday, June 13th weather permitting.

Only trees that pose a potential hazard to trail users will be removed.
To ensure public safety during this time, certain areas of the park will be temporarily closed, and staff will be on-site to redirect visitors to alternate trails.
Park users are asked to obey all signage and barricades while forestry work is underway.
Cataraqui Conservation also reminds visitors to remain on marked trails at all times.
Dead trees beyond designated paths are left intentionally to support the natural ecosystem and provide important habitat for wildlife.
These efforts are part of ongoing conservation practices to maintain the safety and ecological health of Lemoine Point for future generations of visitors.
