Police say one person was seen entering a shipping container, taking items, and damaging a vehicle.
A 25-year-old Kingston resident is facing charges following a reported break-in at a Gananoque business.
Gananoque Police say officers received a report on July 14 regarding an incident that happened late at night on July 9. Police allege two people were observed on the property, with one individual entering a shipping container, taking items and damaging a vehicle.
As a result of the investigation, a 25-year-old from Kingston was arrested and charged with Theft Under $5,000, Mischief – destroys or damages property, and Mischief – renders property dangerous, useless, inoperative or ineffective.
The accused was released on an undertaking with conditions.
