Shane Goudreau, who created the two Tragically Hip murals, is doing another one at the side of the Central Auto Sales building on Princess St.
The man that created the murals paying homage to the Tragically Hip wants to do another one honouring other Kingstonians.
Shane Goudreau is a local artist and is about to do a mural on the side of Central City Auto Sales building on Princess St.
He tells FLY FM's Reid and Ben that he already has a design in mind.
Goudreau has a post on his Facebook page asking for suggestions on which Kingston-raised figures should be on the mural. Hugh Dillon, Bryan Adams, Don Cherry and Dan Ackroyd were just some of the names being floated around.
He says there were a number of people being suggested that he has never heard of.
Goudreau had Central City Auto in mind when deciding where to put up one of the two Hip murals in the city.
He says he the side of the building provides a nice canvas to paint on.
Goudreau says he plans to start creating the mural next week once he gets approvals from the City.
