The service is being taken offline between 9:30 am and 1 pm for maintenance.
The Frontenac Howe Islander County-operated ferry will be temporarily out of service on Tuesday, September 1st for scheduled maintenance.
The ferry will be unavailable from 9:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. during the maintenance period.
Residents, commuters and visitors who rely on the ferry are being advised to plan accordingly and allow extra time for their travel.
The service is expected to resume following the completion of the maintenance work.
The temporary outage is part of routine maintenance to help keep the ferry operating safely and reliably.
