No one was hurt after a vehicle collided with several parked cars on Johnson St Friday night.
No one was hurt when a speeding vehicle collided with a number of parked cars in downtown Kingston.
Police went to an area of Johnson St and Ontario St late Friday night around 10 pm.
Investigators say a vehicle going east on Johnson struck a number of parked vehicles including one with passegers inside.
They say the vehicle then turned on to Ontario St where the driver was seen fleeing on foot. He was later apprehended by officers a short distance away.
Investigators say a crusier did attempt a traffic stop moments before the collision but the vehicle wouldn't stop. No pursuit of the vehicle was taken.
A 22-year-old Kingston resident faces a number of charges including impaired driving, dangerous driving, and Driving while under suspension.
The area of Johnson and Ontario was closed for several hours.
