A 25-year-old is facing charges including fraudulent use of credit card.
Kingston Police have made an arrest in connection to an overnight break and enter.
Officers were called to an area of Landsdowne St and Adelaide St around 1:30 am Sunday about a parked vehicle being broken into.
Investigators say several items were taken from the vehicle including a credit card. They were able to obtain a description of the suspect through security video.
Investigators later learned the stolen credit card was used at a number of 24-hour businesses throughout the city. They were able to locate the suspect at a business in the area of Ontario St and Clarence St around 3:30 am.
A 25-year-old from Kingston was arrested without incident and is facing a number of charges including fraudulent use of credit card and possession of break-in instruments.
