Queen's host the rematch of their Week Four game in Kingston.

The stakes will be a little higher when the Queen's Gaels football team host the Ottawa Gee-Gees on Saturday.

This is second time this season that the two teams will face each other. The Gaels won on Sept 26 when they scored 27 unanswered points in the second half in a 41-20 victory over the Gee-Gees at Richardson Stadium.

Saturday's game at Richardson is the OUA semifinal game with the winner advancing to the Yates Cup title game on the 14th.

Head coach Steve Snyder expects the visiting Gee-Gees will be up to the task after dispatching McMaster in the quarterfinals last week.

The Gaels had the week off after beating the Marauders in the regular-season finale on Oct 24 to secure first place in the conference. Snyder indictated that there are a few players that will be game-time decisions but the team is fully prepared for the playoff game.

The weather will also be a factor as the forecast is calling for rain for the 1 pm kickoff.

But that's something quarterback Alex Vreeken says he is ready for.

The Gaels will be drawing on their experience from last season's playoff run where they ran the table defeating McMaster, Windsor, and Laurier on their way to winning the Yates Cup.

Snyder says the more games his players are able to play, the better they will be because of it.

The other semifinal game that weekend sees the Windsor Lancers on the road facing the Western Mustangs in London.
