Investigators say 49-year-old Pierre Moore should not be approached if located.
Kingston Police are looking for a wanted individual considered dangerous.
49-year-old Pierre Moore was last seen in the area of Hillview Rd and Centre St.
Investigators believe Moore was in an area of Collins Bay Road to the west, Taylor Kidd Blvd to the north, and Bayridge Dr to the east early Thursday afternoon.
They conducted a search of the area and found no signs of him. Investigators say Moore may have fled the area but are asking residents to be vigilant.
He is described as white male last seen wearing a blue shirt.
Investigators say if people spot Moore to not approach him and instead contact 911.
