Crystal methamphetamine and a quantity of Canadian currency were also seized.
Two Kingston men are facing drug trafficking charges after a police investigation that began with a traffic stop in Belleville and led to a search warrant in Kingston.
On March 2, 2026, members of the Belleville Police Service Drug and Intelligence Unit, Emergency Response Unit and K9 Unit stopped a vehicle in the city’s east end. Police later executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant at a residence in Kingston’s west end.
Officers say they seized fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine and a quantity of Canadian currency.
A 63-year-old and a 31-year-old, both of Kingston, were arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl and methamphetamine, along with possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000. Both men were held for bail hearings.
Police also say the 63-year-old was wanted on two outstanding warrants from Peel Region and Kingston at the time of his arrest.
