The teaching assistants have been off the job since March.
A tentative deal has been reached between Queen's University and the union representing 2,000 part-time graduating teaching assistants.
The teaching assistants have been off the job since March after both sides could not come up with an agreement.
The teaching assistants include teaching fellows, graduate research assistants, and JD/MD-enrolled students.
The university issued a news release last Thursday to announce that an agreement was struck.
No details of the deal were released but wages and tuition costs were among the issues raised during bargaining.
The agreement still needs to be ratified by the university and members of PSAC Local 901 (Unit 1).
