SLC wins Gold Medal from CASE for Alumni Convocation Video
It was a golden effort for St. Lawrence College.
The college won a Gold Medal from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) in the category of Alumni Relations Initiatives for its 2023 alumni convocation video. CASE, an international professional organization with over 90,000 members, represents professionals in Advancement, Marketing, Communications, and Recruitment in education.
"We are thrilled to showcase our programs and achievements in such an impactful and fun way," said Glenn Vollebregt, SLC President and CEO. "This award is a testament to the dedication and creativity of our Marketing and Alumni and Development teams, and our creative partner, VIVA Productions in Kingston. It’s incredibly gratifying to see their hard work recognized on an international stage."
The award-winning video features Glenn and his alter ego, "Lenn," with his memorable mullet. The video also highlights three members of the SLC global alumni network: Anna Gumieniak, Harsh Trivedi, and Darius-Jordan Blundell.
Last year, SLC also won grand gold and silver awards for its “Welcome to the SLC Alumni Family” video.
